We've concocted the ultimate bubble bath experience! It'll make you feel like you just stepped out of a day spa! It's designed with relaxation and detoxification in mind, prepping you to feel your best no matter what day of the week it may be!
Here are a few things you need to create the ultimate bubble bath experience:
1. Clean bathtub
Clean your bathtub with natural products before preparing your bubble bath.

2. Relaxing Music (Playlist on Spotify)
Create a playlist with the type of relaxing melodies you would typically have on the background at your favorite spa. You can search for a relaxation playlist and will find many options to choose from.
Select your favorite scented candle and place it on the corner of the bathtub. Try not to use strong scents.

4. Soft, luxury Bath Towels
Purchase luxury bath towels and place them in a basket right next to the bathtub. You may roll them and place them in a way that makes it inviting to grab one after your bath.
5. Beverage of choice: Infused Water (cucumber/lemon for extra health benefits), wine, tea.
Prepare a beverage if you want to take the experience to a whole other level. You can choose to have a glass of wine or infused water.
6. Bath Salts
Use bath salts for relaxation. Whole Foods sells great all natural salts. Epsom salts are high in magnesium, which helps promote sleep, relaxation and decrease muscle pain due to stress or exercise.
7. Bubbles (lavender scented)
Choose a body wash that creates bubbles and has a scent such as lavender. We recommend lavender because it tends to be a softer scent and has been known to promote relaxation.
8. Bath Caddy
You can choose to purchase (or make your own) bath caddy to place your drink, candle, and anything else you want to have for your bubble bath at home.

9. Face Mask
Use a face mask to hydrate your skin either during your bath or right after. You can choose to create your own mask or buy an individual pack.
We love charcoal masks (Origins is one of the best!) and DIY masks made with honey and oats.
10. Body Scrub
To further extend your bath experience, use a body scrub to get rid of dry skin and improve its appearance. Scrubs will help your skin feel softer and has anti-aging properties. Body scrubs should be used once a week.
11. A plush robe
Have an extra plush robe in the bathroom. After your 20 minute bath, stay in your robe and enjoy your time at home, reading a book, watching a movie, or doing anything else that might help you further enjoy your experience.
