Healthy[ish] Strawberry Mojito Recipe

July is hot! And sometimes you just need a drink! We've got you covered with this healthy(ish) version of Strawberry Mojitos that will go perfect with your Saturday afternoon by the pool! Follow instructions below!

Enough for 2 drinks!

Ingredients:

2 mason jars

6 strawberries

6 mint leaves

1 lime

4 oz. white rum

1 cup club soda

1/8 cup coconut sugar

Assortment of berries for garnish

Instructions:

Wash berries and mint leaves. At the bottom of a small pitcher, throw in strawberries, mint leaves, and coconut sugar. Let them sit for 2-5 minutes and then use a wooden spoon to crush the strawberries and mix together with the mint leaves and sugar. Pour 1 cup of club soda, the juice of one whole lime and the rum over the crushed strawberries.

Fill mason jars with ice and pour the mojito mixture evenly between both jars.

Garnish with berries and lime!
