Energy Boosting Superfood Raw Cookies

To keep a clean diet and feel our best, its essential to have clean, nutrient dense snacks and desserts available at all times. These cookies don't require baking and are packed with superfoods, b-vitamins, magnesium, omega-3s, manganese, potassium, and iron. These vitamins and minerals are essential for mental health and work powerfully in not only satisfying your hunger but also making you feel calm and energized throughout the day. These will quickly become a kitchen staple for anyone looking to live healthier and happier, all around.

Recipe (Makes 20 cookies)

In a large bowl, combine:

1 mashed ripe Banana

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup oats

3 TBSP Coconut Oil

3 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

3/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

1/4 cup Macademia Nuts

1/4 cup Cacao Nibs

2 TBSP Chia Seeds

3 TBSP Almond Butter

Using hands, mix together and form balls. Place them on cookie sheet and flatten them with the palm of your hand ( like a cookie).

Sprinkle them gently with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.

Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes (keep refrigerated).
